I’m a people-first kind of gal with a heart for connection, clarity, and culture.
I have a beautiful 11-year-old daughter who keeps me on my toes and fills my world with purpose.
Fun fact: I’m known to sprinkle my day with little songs, and yes, my friends get unsolicited playlists on the regular.
When I’m not diving into hiring and HR strategies, I am often chasing quiet joy by reading about human nature or delving into the rabbit holes of research on people, health, and work culture.
